Think Smaller

That’s the new plan. Don’t think about 90 minute periods – think about 30 (or even 20!) minute increments. Don’t think about designing semester and year end finals based on expectations received last Friday – think about designing a quiz on two concepts. Don’t think about how many uncles/cousins she has in hospital/jail/cemetery – think about which skill she can practice in advisory. Don’t think about differentiating for 35 students – think about differentiating for three groups of students. Think about “What About Bob” and remember baby steps. And don’t think about the one class that is floundering – think about the three that are flowing.
